Which rules apply in Scotland?

The Scottish secure tenancy carries a statutory repairing obligation, and the Right to Repair scheme sets timescales for qualifying repairs. Performance is reported to the Scottish Housing Regulator through the Annual Return on the Charter.

What does it cost in Scotland?

Our guide range for an average responsive repair in Scotland is £145–£240 per job. That is the UK range of £150–£250 (derived from published totals) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 0.97 (our own estimate); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Responsive repairs are usually priced against your schedule of rates or per job.

How do we deliver it?

Our operatives are briefed to look beyond the job they were sent to: a stain on the ceiling, a missing smoke alarm or a cold, damp bedroom is noted and passed to you, because a reported hazard is your responsibility from the moment it is known.
