Which rules apply in the East Midlands?
Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 (£1.29bn for 2025–2028, plus up to £295m more for 2026/27) requires delivery under PAS 2035/2030, TrustMark-registered installers and, for heat pumps and solar, MCS certification. The fund is closed to new applications. Separately, social rented homes must reach EPC C on one reformed EPC metric by 1 April 2030.
What does it cost in the East Midlands?
Our guide range for cavity wall insulation in the East Midlands is £950–£2,750 per home. That is the UK range of £950–£2,700 (published figure) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 1.02 (VOA Rating Cost Guide 2026: 1.01–1.07); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Every job is priced after survey; specification, access and the condition of the homes will move the figure.
How do we deliver it?
Loft work includes checking that the eaves are still ventilating once the new insulation is down, because blocked eaves cause condensation in the roof space.
Common questions
Which council areas in the East Midlands do you cover for loft and cavity wall insulation?
