Which rules apply in London?
Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 (£1.29bn for 2025–2028, plus up to £295m more for 2026/27) requires delivery under PAS 2035/2030, TrustMark-registered installers and, for heat pumps and solar, MCS certification. The fund is closed to new applications. Separately, social rented homes must reach EPC C on one reformed EPC metric by 1 April 2030.
What does it cost in London?
Our guide range for external wall insulation in London is £12,200–£22,550 per house. That is the UK range of £10,000–£18,500 (published figure) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 1.22 (VOA Rating Cost Guide 2026: inner London 1.17–1.32, outer London 1.08–1.26); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Every job is priced after survey; specification, access and the condition of the homes will move the figure.
How do we deliver it?
Residents are told when their wall will be worked on and what will be moved. Satellite dishes, meters and pipes are relocated and restored as part of the scope.
Common questions
Which council areas in London do you cover for external wall insulation?
All 33: Barking and Dagenham, Barnet, Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, City of London, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith and Fulham, Haringey, Harrow, Havering, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Kingston upon Thames, Lambeth, Lewisham, Merton, Newham, Redbridge, Richmond upon Thames, Southwark, Sutton, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, Wandsworth, Westminster.
Does EWI cause damp?
Badly detailed EWI can. Most failures happen at window reveals, eaves and ground level, which is where we spend the most care.
