The fund is closed to new applications. Separately, social rented homes must reach EPC C on one reformed EPC metric by 1 April 2030.

What does it cost in the East of England?

Our guide range for external wall insulation in the East of England is £10,400–£19,250 per house. That is the UK range of £10,000–£18,500 (published figure) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 1.04 (our own estimate); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Every job is priced after survey; specification, access and the condition of the homes will move the figure.

How do we deliver it?

Residents are told when their wall will be worked on and what will be moved. Satellite dishes, meters and pipes are relocated and restored as part of the scope.
