What does it cost in the East Midlands?

Our guide range for an EICR with Category 1 and 2 remedials in the East Midlands is around £950 per home. That is the UK range of around £930 (derived from published totals) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 1.02 (VOA Rating Cost Guide 2026: 1.01–1.07); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Every job is priced after survey; specification, access and the condition of the homes will move the figure.

How do we deliver it?

Where remedial work reveals a bigger problem, such as damaged wiring behind a wall, we photograph it and price the extra work before continuing.
