Electrical equipment the landlord supplies must also be checked at least every five years.

What does it cost in the South East?

Our guide range for an EICR with Category 1 and 2 remedials in the South East is around £1,020 per home. That is the UK range of around £930 (derived from published totals) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 1.10 (VOA Rating Cost Guide 2026: 1.05–1.15); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Every job is priced after survey; specification, access and the condition of the homes will move the figure.

How do we deliver it?

Rewires are planned room by room, so residents are not left without power overnight, and we make good as we go.
