What does it cost in London?

Our guide range for mains-wired interlinked smoke, heat and CO alarms in London is £550–£1,100 per home. That is the UK range of £450–£900 (our estimate) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 1.22 (VOA Rating Cost Guide 2026: inner London 1.17–1.32, outer London 1.08–1.26); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Every job is priced after survey; specification, access and the condition of the homes will move the figure.

How do we deliver it?

Every home gets an alarm schedule (type, position, expiry date and test result) which feeds straight into your compliance records.
