What does it cost in the North West?
Our guide range for a bathroom in a replacement programme in the North West is £5,550–£8,100 per bathroom. That is the UK range of £5,500–£8,000 (published figure) adjusted by a regional cost factor of 1.01 (VOA Rating Cost Guide 2026: 1.01–1.02); figures are before VAT where the source states it. Every job is priced after survey; specification, access and the condition of the homes will move the figure.
How do we deliver it?
Residents are visited before work starts, given dates in writing and told exactly what each day involves. Disruption is planned rather than discovered.
